Asare Hassan

Hassan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and an MBA in Business Administration from Swiss Management Center, Switzerland. His multidisciplinary background uniquely positions him at the intersection of law, strategy, and operational management.  With over two decades of leadership experience across corporate operations, administration, and regulatory oversight, Hassan has held senior management roles including General Manager, Business Manager, and Head of Operations in diverse organizations.

His career reflects deep involvement in contract management, corporate policy formulation, stakeholder engagement, labor relations, and risk management.  As Legal Counsel, Hassan provides strategic legal advisory services to ensure full compliance with local and international trade laws, export regulations, corporate governance standards, and contractual obligations within the agribusiness and organic food export sector. He plays a key role in structuring agreements with farmers, distributors, logistics partners, and international buyers, while safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests.  Hassan is also experienced in regulatory liaison, dispute avoidance, policy development, and institutional governance, and has served in multiple leadership and trustee roles, demonstrating strong ethical judgment and advocacy skills.
